Pinnacle Manufacturing and Distribution is a leader in the development and sales of skid steer attachments thru a vast network of consignment auctions. In addition, PMD does custom attachment manufacturing thru its Premium Attachment brand, “Steer”. We are proud of our ability to offer our clients the ability to make any request, of any item, and know that if there is a way for us to provide it to them, we undoubtedly will.
Our mission is to produce a high-quality product with a quick turnaround, using a process that is seamless for our customers, beginning to end. We are an American-owned company and are proud to use American-made materials whenever possible, on all of our products.

Jeff Roquette
CEO
As the founder of Pinnacle Manufacturing and Distribution, Jeff’s responsibility is to set the overall vision and direction of the company. His day to day responsibility is to be searching for additional products to develop, fields to enter and growth opportunities to take advantage of. Prior to getting into manufacturing, Jeff owned and operated a successful securities firm which he built up and sold. Jeff enjoys all things outdoors and resides in Alexandria, Minnesota with his wife and 2 children.
Dustin Clark
Director, Compliance
Dustin is responsible for the compliance of our trucking and shipping divisions. He is tasked with ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers in the most efficient and safe manor, all while maintaining adherence to the rules and regulations that govern our industry. He is an AVID fisherman from Albert Lea, Minnesota but now resides in Barret, Minnesota with his wife Jess. They have 3 children.
Steve Roquette
Manager, Operations
Steve is responsible for all internal office functions within Pinnacle and its subsidiaries. Before entering the manufacturing business, Steve enjoyed successful careers in the Grocery sector and Household Goods space. Steve and his wife of 46 years reside in Alexandria and love doting on their 14 grandchildren.
